I’ve been distracted by family reunions this week so not able to get out and shoot, and was also unable to get to the creative photography session this morning at Avoncroft – however I am told it was a huge success, with no fewer than 28 members taking advantage of the training on offer, and the only problem being that three hours was barely enough! Huge thanks to Jenny and David for organizing this – clearly it was very popular and sounds like something that we should be thinking about running again in the future.
A couple of other upcoming dates to remind you about. On Tuesday, we have the Chinese Meal at Evesham. If you have not already booked your slot with Dave Ward then I suggest you contact him urgently!
The following Tuesday, August 11th, is the annual BBQ at Avoncroft Arts Centre. This will follow the usual format – bring along any food you want to cook, we will provide the grills, and will have access to the hall for tables, chairs, toilets etc…
Also coming up fairly soon is our stall on the High Street – Saturday August 22nd. I’ll send out more info nearer the time, but as usual, help from members to man the stall is always appreciated.
