Coming up this Tuesday we have the final meeting of the season (before the Summer Program) – our awards night! Our social secretary Helen has asked me to add the following note to this week’s newsletter:
“To all eating at the awards night.Hot food that you ordered (and cake, of course!) will be ready for you at 7-45 p.m, so please arrive any time from 19-30H.
Key things to remember; If you can, bring your own plates (for hot food and cake), cutlery and a cup/ glass. Bring your choice of cold drinks with you please (hot drinks provided for free).
Most important though…remember to have a great evening and feed back any requests for future events.
Please bring cash if you want raffle tickets”
David will be opening up at 7pm for setup.
