Dear All

Back on Track this week .

what a great start to the Year with the New Year’s Party a fun evening and lovely to catch up after the Christmas break .

This week there is a 7pm class with Jenny Webster –

‘I am hoping to show some nature images as pdi..explaining true nature, wildlife, nature images best entered as colour and geology ,plant, weather ,and natural images, as weather, and natural landscape. also accepted as nature.

In doing so try to help explain that anyone can become a true nature photographer, ‘

This sounds really interesting , we are lucky to have knowledge within the club that is shared during these sessions from various members .

At 8pm we have  Colin Walls CPAGB

His talk is entitled “Observational Photography”

Colin will be speaking to us next week.  The only payment he has requested is a donation to his chosen charity – Sight Savers.

“Like most photographers, I started out shooting anything that came to hand. Over the years, I have dabbled in a number of genres, looking for my niche. In the last few years, I have begun to feel that I found it: Observational Photography. This is defined [by me] as: “Seeking and finding images in unexpected places”. This talk is a tour through some of my recent work as I home in on this genre.”
