My apologies for the late Vocal Point this week. I’m just recovering from a very enjoyable but tiring weekend in London.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped in the Practical Night last week. Special thanks to Jenny, Ele and Paul for running special tables. As usual, this sort of evening is a great opportunity to socialise with other members and learn new tips and techniques as you go along.
This week it is the turn of our Novice Members to participate in the Annual PDI and Print Competitions. Our judge is Peter Gennard – always entertaining, but above all a very fair and helpful judge. Good luck to everyone who has entered. It will be the turn of the Open Section entrants in 3 weeks’ time, meanwhile, come along and see the high standard on show tonight – I have no doubt that several entrants will be competing in the Open next year.
