We had another excellent night with Terry Livesey last Tuesday – this was a chance to see how a professional photographer works, along with the history of his career. He’s definitely someone who has made the right decisions at the right time, creating several successful businesses along the way – including a BAFTA award for animation.
This week, we return to the studio. Our model will be Gary Moore and the main theme will be Steam Punk. Colin has already sent out details and images. It looks like being a promising evening for studio shots.
The David Keep event is looming fast. This will be an excellent evening of images and dialogue. There are still tickets available for visitors and guests so please spread the word – the more the merrier. Please remember – members can attend this event for free, but you must book your place. If you haven’t got your name down already, then either sign in at Avoncroft this week or let me know by return email.
At the David Keep event, we plan to have a display of our print work in the hall. Once again we are looking for images from our members. Half the display will be Nature, the remainder will be general work. If you would like your work to be displayed please print along one or two prints for consideration.
